Tipper Trucks · Shacman 6x4 construction tipper

Shacman 6x4 Heavy-Duty Construction Dump Truck for Aggregate and Infrastructure Haulage

The Shacman 6x4 is the construction-site counterpart to our HOWO 8x4 mining tipper: three axles instead of four, the same mining-specified axle hardware and triple-layer frame, sized for aggregate runs on infrastructure projects where a 25-30 t class load and a shorter wheelbase fit mixed on-road and site duty.

Where this vehicle works well

Suitable conditions

  • Infrastructure and construction aggregate haulage
  • Quarry-to-crusher and site earthmoving runs
  • Mixed on-road and site duty where an 8x4 is oversized

Not recommended for

  • Deep-mine haulage better served by the 8x4 mining tipper
  • Fine or flowing materials without side boards or a sealed body

Delivery and shipping

Shipping methodsRORO: Roll-on/roll-off shipping to Lagos · Flat rack: Container flat rack for shared shipments
Destination port notesCommon delivery ports for Nigerian orders include Lagos Apapa and Tin Can; the final shipping plan is confirmed with the quotation.

Frequently asked questions

How much can it carry per trip?

About 30,000 kg on the 50,000 kg GVW; volumetrically that is roughly 18-20 m3 of gravel, with lighter materials using more of the 20-30 m3 body.

How is it different from the HOWO 8x4 mining tipper?

The 6x4 runs three axles with a shorter wheelbase for mixed on-road and site duty; the 8x4 mining build carries the heaviest deep-mine loads with four axles.

    What engine powers it?

A Cummins engine in the 351-450 HP band with a FAST 12-speed gearbox; the exact rating is confirmed per order against the haul profile.

    Can the body be customised?

Body dimension, material thickness and side or rear discharge are configured per order; a tarpaulin is optional.

Is it suitable for Nigerian construction sites?

The mining-specified axles, triple-layer frame and leaf suspension are specified for rutted site roads; confirm route weight limits for the 50 t GVW.

Three axles for mixed construction duty

Infrastructure haulage rarely stays inside one fence: trucks run public roads to the site, then graded dirt inside it. The Shacman 6x4 is built for that mix — the mining-specified axle hardware and triple-layer frame of our heavy tippers, on a shorter three-axle wheelbase that keeps the truck manageable on carriageways.

Body size, discharge direction and the Cummins engine rating are configured per order against the material and haul profile. Request a quotation with your material, volumes and destination port.

Verification and support
